Some grown-ups never mature and continue to do so.
Putin sending drones to Poland, Netanyahu bombing Qatar is kind of that:
"How far can I go", they wonder.
Unfortunately, there seem to be no adults in the room.
BTW: Moral outrage is no proper way to stop them. They will only laugh at you.
