@mina @paulhulford @fuchsiii Granted, besides Lettuce, Tomatoes and Cucubers there isn't much of a "fresh" salad at the average Döner place anyway.
- The Kraut is usually bought in bulk and since it's sour-fermented merely requires following basic food hygiene to make it work.
Same with sweet corn (canned), olives & pepperoni (brine)...
- #WhatsMissing is like a #PandaExpress in #Germany (#AsiaHung doesn't count!)...
I don't want to many stuff in my Döner: Some lettuce, red and white cabbage, onion, a bit of tomato, parsley optional but welcome.
Everything else (except for meat or falafel) is too much in my opinion.
Same with pizza: 2 or 3 toppings (including cheese) is enough.
